NO RETURN POLICY FOR ROLLAWATER

Thank you for choosing RollaWater, the Easiest Moving 5 Gallon Water Jug you’ll ever see. Please note that all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the product has been shipped. Full refunds are offered if the product has NOT been shipped. No questions asked. 

 

We recommend carefully inspecting the jug upon receipt to ensure it meets your needs. If you encounter any defects or issues with the product, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will be happy to assist you with any concerns.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you!

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We try to select and package the products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered (due to an error or omission on our part), we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product to us within 7 days of receipt.

In these circumstances, or where your product is deemed to be defective under our Limited Warranty, we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Otherwise, you are responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to RollaWater.

Please note do not ship items back to our corporate office. We will provide a return address to you accordingly.

Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your post office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.


PROCESS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS
Please email support@getrollawater.com to inform us of your wish to return faulty or damaged products. Please ensure you quote your order number.

We may allocate a Returns Code, which must be included on the label of the package in order to process your return. We may also advise you how to send the item back to us.

You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
